Miso Soup...Insomniac-Style

This particular soup is packed with nutrients, protein and is SO EASY.

2 Cups Vegetable Broth
2 Tablespoons Rice Miso
1 cup water
1/3 of a pack of extra firm tofu, cubed
1 sheet of Nori, shredded
handful of shelled sunflower seeds

Combine all of the ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil.

Serve hot!
